Holiday Barbie Dolls Are A Beautiful Gift Tradition

Every year Mattel makes a new Holiday Barbie doll.  For decades, I have purchased the new dolls for my own Barbie collection.  It has become part of our holiday tradition.

Each year, I look forward to the annual release of the new Holiday Barbie doll.  I am always excited to see her holiday dress for the current season.  Barbie truly has the most beautiful clothes, especially for Christmas!

For years, we purchased the new Holiday Barbie for our daughter.  I remember a few years when finding the Holiday Barbie was not an easy task. 

Now, with online stores, you can almost insure getting one of these sought after dolls, as long as you begin your search before Christmas Eve.

2024 Holiday Barbie

The 2024 Holiday Barbie is decked out in holiday plaid skirt with a solid red bodice! Her dress is embellished with a lovely gathered red tulle accent at her hip and shoulder. The skirt has a slit up one side to expose her leg and red platform shoes. As always, the Barbies are available with different hair styles and colors. Simply choose your favorite and add her to your own Barbie collection.

2023 Holiday Barbie

The 2023 Holiday Barbie is the 35th anniversary doll for Holiday Barbies. She is wearing a satiny dress with a strapless gold champagne bodice and a shimming gold star tulle overlay. For the slight chill in the air, she has tied on a complimentary sheer cape. As always, her jewelry is selected to complete the golden appearance.

2022 Holiday Barbie

 

The 2022 Holiday Barbie is dressed in a stunning red dress layered to resemble a poinsettia flower and accented with tulle which also makes the flower petal shaped fabric stand out. Traditionally the poinsettia flower symbolizes good cheer and success. They bring wishes of mirth (laughter) and celebration.  What a beautifully inspired gift.  Barbies 2022 holiday attire is finished with chandelier earrings.  Her lips and fingernails are “painted” in a lovely matching red color.

2021 Holiday Barbie

The spectacular Holiday Barbies for 2021 are stunning in their glistening metallic silver gowns trimmed in tulle. 2020 Holiday Barbie

The 2020 Holiday Barbie is decked out in gold!  Her elegant gown features ruffled sleeves on a glittery bodice, the skirt is layered with tulle then an overlay of shiny gold fabric with snowflake accents.  Even her shoes and chandelier earrings are gold.  A stunning beauty that is sure to be the belle of any ball.

2019 Holiday Barbie

Lovely as always!  The 2019 Holiday Barbies are dressed in a gorgeous silver and red peppermint strip gowns with a big bow on one shoulder and a flowing red train.  Their hair is swept to one side, opposite the large bow, bringing balance to their overall finished look.  Large dangling chandelier earrings are the only jewelry needed for this beautiful doll.  Barbie is definitely ready for the party in her festive 2019 attire.

This year the Holiday Barbies will be the star of the show!  Her gorgeous red metallic dress is adorned with a very unique gem encrusted star.   The dress is gathered at the waist, then flares into a wide and full split skirt, which accentuates Barbies perfect figure. 2013 Holiday Barbie

The 2013 Holiday Barbie is dressed all in white with snowflake accents.  I have heard that most often the contestant dressed in white is the one crowned each year in the Miss. America pageant.  Even through I have seen that very thing happen, I am not yet sure if that is a myth or true that the white somehow denotes the winner in advance.   But, I do know this, Barbie is a beautiful choice to give for Christmas.
